Does PRO TOUR Offer Free Shipping?
PRO TOUR currently provides free shipping on orders to supported European destinations. In-stock electric bikes are generally processed within three business days and usually delivered in approximately 3–7 business days. Delivery to Ireland may take around 7–10 business days.
Accessories are shipped separately from China and may require approximately 15–25 business days. Delivery times can vary because of location, stock availability, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
Some remote areas, islands, and specific postal codes may not be supported. Customers should confirm delivery availability before placing an order.
PRO TOUR Warranty
PRO TOUR advertises a two-year warranty covering major e-bike components, including the frame, motor, controller, and battery. Exact coverage may depend on the component, the cause of the problem, and the warranty terms applicable to the purchased model.
Customers should keep their order confirmation, proof of purchase, serial number, photos, and original packaging. Registering the bike after delivery may also make future warranty support easier.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or normal wear may not qualify for warranty service.
PRO TOUR Return Policy
New electric bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the store’s conditions. The original packaging should be retained for at least 30 days.
Important return conditions include:
Unopened bikes must remain new and in their original packaging.
Opened e-bikes may be eligible for return only when their recorded mileage remains within the permitted limit and the bike shows no unacceptable wear.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping.
The published return-shipping charge is €50 one way or €100 round trip for an e-bike.
An opened or used bike may also be subject to a 30% depreciation fee.
Accessories and batteries generally have a shorter seven-day return window.
Opened or used accessories and batteries may not be returnable.
Customers must contact PRO TOUR support before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.
Can PRO TOUR Discounts Be Combined?
PRO TOUR advertises a first-order discount on its website, while code DUCTRANMINH provides up to €300 off eligible purchases. The store does not clearly guarantee that multiple promotions can be combined.
Apply code DUCTRANMINH at checkout and compare the final total. The checkout price determines the actual discount available for the selected model.
Is PRO TOUR Legit?
PRO TOUR operates an official online store serving multiple European countries. The website provides product pages, shipping and return policies, customer-support contact information, bike registration, Klarna financing where available, and an affiliate program.
However, the brand currently has fewer independent customer reviews than larger e-bike companies. Buyers should review the specifications carefully, confirm local service options, read the full return conditions, and pay through a protected payment method.
